Steps to Reproduce

1. I had CQC Training
2. After being revived, it stopped giving me the damage bonus

Explanation

The CQC training artifact did not apply after being revived mid Gotoorak fight. I could see the damage bonus percentage displayed on the side of the screen, but my damage was sorely lacking in its rightful boost.
