Steps to Reproduce

1. On level 5, at least 1 cave leech and a camera spawned inside terrain
2. The cave leech grabbed me but couldn't reach me at all and was stuck trying to pull me into the roof
3. The camera was only visible because I had fixed the server and could see it on the terrain scanner
