Steps to Reproduce

1. Describe the issue: not sure what to say other than I can't deploy the shield belt for the slicer.
2. Mention the potential cause: might be a skill issue?
3. List the attempts made: tried all sorts of ways to press Q+A: together, slight pause, 1-2-combo
4. State the outcome of the attempts: nothing seems to be working atm?
