Steps to Reproduce
- Finish the mission.
- Check the task terminal
- Observe that the task's bar is full and shows 0/0, but I'm unable to collect it.
Explanation
A task on one of the terminals bugged out: "Clear 75 facility levels" task's bar is filled in, but can't claim the reward and shows 0/0
