Steps to Reproduce

  1. Have bad spawn areas.
  2. It's probably the same reason that enemies can noclip inside walls/floors as far as I'm aware.

Explanation

Boomtick nest spawned inside the wall on this mission. Obviously we lost looking for it when it is impossible to get to without guessing/satchel charges.
