Steps to Reproduce
- Had the devastator gun
- Playing as Retcon
- Had the Bio Energy upgrade
- Killing enemies with melee didn't restore ammo
- Not sure if killing them conventionally did
Explanation
Bio Energy doesn't work. No ammo was restored.
