Steps to Reproduce

1. Possibly threw two stones in too close together and only got progress counted for one
2. Uncertain, could not complete run as no 3rd fragment was found after looping around the boss area repeatedly
3. All players stating that they had thrown a stone into the pit

Explanation

Gatekeeper appears not to have registered all gatestone shards being thrown into pit.
