Steps to Reproduce
- Wait for a player to pick an upgrade
- Pick an upgrade as soon as they pick theirs
- New upgrade won't be generated
Explanation
Picking an upgrade quickly after another player causes an animation skip preventing a new upgrade from replacing it.
