Persistent Resolution Reset Issue

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start the game up
2. Set the resolution to 2560x1440, windowed, unlocked mouse
3. Play normally for any period of time
4. Close the game
5. Boot the game up again
6. The resolution is immediately reset to 1024x768, windowed
7. You can set it back again, but it's just annoying to do every time you enter the game

Explanation

The resolution either refuses to remember itself, or always resets to a default value despite changing the settings every time I boot the game up.
