Steps to Reproduce
- A player chooses an action
- Another player quickly chooses after the first player
- This issue can occur even if the second player has already taken a card
- In some cases, the third player, who has not yet taken a card, is unable to choose a disappeared card
Explanation
If players choose an upgrade in upgrade negotiation too fast, the chosen card may disappear. Looks like sometimes it works on all players, sometimes - on 1 player.
