Steps to Reproduce

1. get breach cutter
2. while full mag, press R to reload
3. observe the dwarf getting zapped by nothing

Explanation

Breach cutter electricity lines dont appear, inside the gun. It has no gameplay impact but its a little silly for the dwarf to touch an invisible line and get zapped by nothing
