Steps to Reproduce

1. Equipped all 4 tiers of the 'Running Blades' enhancement
2. Entered a mission and started sprinting
3. Only the last 'Running Blades' applied its movement speed effect

Explanation

The Running Blades enhancement doesn't stack properly. The jump boost (probably) works as intended, but you only get the movement speed boost from whatever tier of running blades is last in your enhancement loadout.
