Steps to Reproduce

1. Reach Doorkeeper boss with Retcon and start fight.
2. Use Rewind Time.
3. Throw grenades at feet, or otherwise die while Rewind Time is still active.
4. Have Cooper revive.
5. Notice Boss has disappeared.

Explanation

Gatekeeper boss disappeared when dying while using Retcon's Rewind Time ability.
