Steps to Reproduce

1. Start the elevator (after time is out)
2. Go down in the elevator
3. Place the shield
4. Repair
5. Check that the bar is still red and stuck after repair
6. Step out of the shield
7. Verify that the bar is back up and green

Explanation

elevator progression bar stuck when juste repaired while inside a shield (in solo)
