- Reclaim a facility at STANDARD pace
- See in the Directives terminal that the directive for reclaiming at CAUTIOUS or faster was not completed
Explanation
Reclaiming a facility at STANDARD pace does not satisify the directive for reclaiming at CAUTIOUS pace or faster.
