Game Crash and Equipment Loss During Reconnect

Steps to Reproduce

1. Game crashed during elevator charging at the end of a level.
2. Reconnected during the voting/ready phase between levels.
3. When spawned at the next level, I had no equipment nor perks.

Explanation

Was playing a D3 6-level "Cautious" pace run in Glacial Strata.
During elevator call in stage on level 4 my game crashed (first time ever in 63hrs gameplay). Restarted and had the Reconnect Prompt. Accepted. Joined in during the "Ready" confirmation. Was able to press it even when only three boxes were visible. Could participate in the between-stage-modifier vote too. Spawned in normally, but I lost my weapon, grenade, traversal tool and all the perks. Was only able to use the pickaxe and skills until we found a Workbench.
not sure if this happened to anyone else ever, but yeah, here it is.

Log file and screenshort irrelevant. I closed the previous session.
