Steps to Reproduce
- We didn't do much besides play normally.
- The map generation decided to put the bench there.
Explanation
The workbench on the final floor of the facility we just did spawned inside the boss's spawn/toilet hole. We were unable to access it by drilling/bombing our way in so we couldn't use it.
