Steps to Reproduce

1. Playing on the same network (~30 ping or less)
2. When the host uses the Flare-gun it sticks 90% of the time
3. If the host does not use it, it's only like 10%
4. Tested in-game with around a 30° rock face
5. Host got the flare stuck while the non-host didn't

Explanation

Flare gun rarely sticks for none host.
