Steps to Reproduce
- Equip Pommel Rebalancing enhancement before mission
- Check that the cooldown should be reduced by 35/25/15/10%
- Observe that power attack cooldown rate is increased by 35/25/15/10% instead
- Note that this effectively changes the 35% reduction to 26%, and additional enhancements have a diminishing effect
- See the attached screenshot of stats in the pause menu
Explanation
Pommel Rebalancing enhancement does not do what description says.
