Steps to Reproduce

1. The game is slow, laggy, and has a bad frame rate on launch.
2. Sometimes it takes a minute or two for the lag and terrible frame rate to start.

Explanation

I lauch into the game and all is well, my fps is 130-40. After 1-2min of just loitering in the lobby and browsing thorugh the menu my fps drops to 50ish. In a multiplayer game, my fps sometimes drops to 3 and the stutter and lag make the game unplayable. I have decent hardware (CPU 5700X, GPU RTX 2080) and the fastest internet on the market.
