Steps to Reproduce

1. Find 2 magnetic repulsor upgrades
2. Pick them both
3. Enjoy your slow gameplay

Explanation

Having 2 magnetic repulsor upgrades (movement speed + jump height per 6 armour) negates them instead of stacking making you slow as before
