Steps to Reproduce

1. Armor pack enhancements 1 - 3
2. Magnetic Propulsion Upgrades
3. Disconnect from the lobby and rejoin
4. Noticed the magnetic propulsion upgrades were not working

Explanation

I was playing Slicer on a Depth 3 facility with 5 levels. The boss was the Mulaktula. My build consisted of 2 magnetic propulsion upgrades stacked with the level 1 - 3 armor pack enhancements. We reached the boss level, however while we were preparing to fight the boss I disconnected. I successfully reconnected, however I noticed a heavy decrease to my speed. I'm not sure what happened, but despite being full health and armor, after rejoining the magnetic propulsion benefits were not activating.
