Explanation

So i was on the elevator ride down to floor 6 of a 6th floor cave. During the loading section, the game black screened. Game proceeded to crash. Loaded back in and once we completed the dive i didnt get the merrits or the challenge for having 17 upgrades on a dive. is this a bug or a boosting preventing feature?
