Steps to Reproduce

1. Late join into a mission with the jumble alteration
2. Exit the toilet with a weapon in the third slot and no traversal/utility tool

Explanation

Spawned without a traversal/uttility tool when late joining a mission with the "jumble" alteration

When late joining into a mission with the "jumble" alteration, i spawned with my weapon in the third slot, wich is usually reseved for traversal and utillity tools (along with the fourth slot). because the third slot was occupied, no traversal/uttility tool was given too me.
