Steps to Reproduce
- Picked Slicer with two Augments that increase my armor (the II and III version).
- Got the Artifact upgrade called "safety first".
- Increased my armor from 72 to 73 instead of the listed 25%.
Explanation
I picked up the artifact "safety first" while having 72 armor base as the slicer from my 2 armor augments and while safety first says it increases armor and hp by 25% it only increased my armor by 1, giving me 73 armor now. The health was done correctly, but I am not running any health augments, maybe it's a bug with safety first and the augments that increase hp and armor?
