Incorrect Equipment Assignment and Upgrade Display Issue in 'Jumble' Lobby

Steps to Reproduce

1. Join someone's already started lobby with the jumble modifier active, preferably with a ping of 150ish.
2. Take 4 upgrades at once and observe that only 1 upgrade is shown (it's not clear if this is just a visual issue).

Explanation

i joined a random lobby with the "Jumble" modifier, and it gave me a weapon in the equipment slot and an equipment in the gun slot. My upgrades are also not working correctly, only the last one took seems to show in my build section and my HUD.
