Steps to Reproduce

Start the Molahtulah boss fight
Finish phase one normally
Get to the 2nd shards phase
Observe that the shards don't spawn
Ending the phase almost instantly
Same issue occurs for phase 3

Explanation

Molaktulah boss didn't spawn any gatestone shards on 2'nd and 3'rd phase.
After depleting its armor on phase 2 the boss tries to spawn shard, but the game freezes for a second and the boss instantly enters the 3rd phase. Same happens after depleting its armor on 3rd phase.
