Steps to Reproduce

1. Play Jumble
2. Try to add a second weapon from Ellis' upgrade
3. Weapon in slot one is always replaced

Explanation

Choosing a gen in Jumble replaces the weapon in slot one no matter what. So, if you want to choose a second weapon outside of the workbench, you simply can't. As well, expecting it to work like it does in the workbench means a lot of really good weapons lost simply because they were replaced. It's not fun at all.
