Steps to Reproduce
- Select options in the ESC menu.
- Observe the issue in a mission.
- Observe the issue in the lobby.
Explanation
When I select the options in the menu my game freezes for awhile and while in the options it's very laggy. Even a friend in my lobby notices it being laggy when I am in options menu
