Steps to Reproduce
- Get drills that have an ammo count above 38
- Obtain Bio Energy
- Kill enemies
Explanation
The Bio Energy upgrade does not give drills ammo back above 38 when replenishing it. The max ammo it can give you with Bio Energy is 38.
