Steps to Reproduce

1. Get the Devastator Pistol
2. Get the Fusion Rod upgrade
3. Get a mod, such as the +100% ammo artifact mod or the legendary mod that gives ammo on kill

Explanation

Some mods don't affect the Devastator Pistol, like the +100% ammo artifact mod when the Devastator Pistol upgrades its magazine away
