Steps to Reproduce

1. Got caught by one of the worm things
2. Experienced lag in the loading process
3. Found myself in unrendered terrain
4. Kept falling and rubberbanding back to the same spot

Explanation

the area that spawns if you go to the next level when downed dosent spawn properly sometimes
