Steps to Reproduce
- OS: NixOS. Window Manager: SwayWM. Display Server: Wayland. Proton: Experimental, GE-Proton-11.1, and GE-Proton-10.34 Backend: DX11 or DX12
- Load into Rogue Core in-game hub
- Try to look around, get stuck within a certain 'Bounding Box'
Explanation
Mouse cursor controlling game viewport/camera cannot move further than the size of the game window. Meaning that I cannot look left, right, up, or down further than the initial edges of the screen. The "bounding box" can be reset by opening the menu. But the problem persists, just in a new position.
I think this has to do with the cursor colliding with the edge of the screen and stopping instead of the expected continuous movement. This would explain why opening the menu, which resets the cursor to center screen, just creates a new "bounding box".
No change between Windowed, Fullscreen, Windowed Fullscreen. Lock mouse to window does not work, and in fact removes my control of the viewport completely, and glitches the camera erratically.
I believe it is likely a Wayland or SwayWM issue, but I am no expert.
OS: NixOS
