Steps to Reproduce

1. Start R.E.P.D. upgrade (with jumbled mutation)
2. Throw spring loaded ripper at the same time the upgrade starts
3. Switch it out for some other weapon/tool in the upgrade menu before the throw animation finishes
4. The ripper now stays on your hands because it loves you

Explanation

Spring Loaded Ripper stuck in hand for the whole mission, blocked view when attempting the Bio-Booster minigame, wouldn't go away between floors.
