Steps to Reproduce

1. we had just voted on the next floor's pro and con
2. appeared in the elevator with this bug

Explanation

after the loading screen between floors, we spawned into the elevator which should have been carrying us down. however, the elevator was not moving, and there was solid rock surrounding it. we could move around freely but could not leave the elevator. ellis was not in the elevator with us. one dwarf used his grenade launcher and started shooting at the cieling/floor, and then ellis appeared and the elevator continued down like normal.
