Explanation
I am writing to report a critical bug encountered during a Jumble match. While playing, I was suddenly disconnected from the game servers. I managed to reconnect immediately, but upon reconnection, the game arbitrarily wiped all the upgrades, boosts, and weapons that I had acquired and upgraded throughout the match.
Because this happened mid-game in a Jumble match, I was left at a massive disadvantage. This practically forced me to abandon the game so I wouldn't become a burden to my teammates.
This is a severe bug. The game is currently failing to ensure a stable connection to the servers, and unfortunately, this has not been an isolated incident. Furthermore, while the game sometimes allows players to recover part of their items after a disconnect, completely wiping everything—especially at a deep level/progression stage—makes reconnecting pointless, as it just leaves the player completely useless to the team.
Expected behavior:
Players should retain their gear, upgrades, and boosts upon reconnecting to an ongoing match, or at least have a mechanism to recover their inventory.
