- Spawn at boss room
- Observe the occurrence of the issue
- Note that the issue does not happen every time, but it can occur
- This is the second time this has happened
Explanation
Vomiters are spawning INSIDE the wall during the boss fight area. This has happened to me twice already, and they CAN shoot through the walls.
