Regression of:	#3155 Weapon Missing After Respawn Post-Crash This issue was created as a new bug instead of being marked as a duplicate because the original issue was already Resolved.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Game crashed from unknown cause
2. I reconnected
3. It reconnected just when the team entered the elevator to continue to the next level
4. When I loaded in at the start of the next level I had no weapons or any other equipment

Explanation

game crashed. after reconnecting it spawned me in with no weapons :D
