joined a game - no weapon or tranversal tools

i joined an already started game where there were 3 players and they already had choosen the weapons and utilities, however when i joined it i did not receive the weapon nor the utility

With a late join, did not acquire the weapon and traversal tool, though did have grenade. Believe I joined during a negotation but unable to provide any more details.

i joined a party after weapon negotiation finished and i didnt have any primary weapon

I joined during gun selection and I was not given a gun

Late joining when other players are in the negotiation screen for weapons/grenades seems to spawn you without a weapon or traversal tool

Player joining a mission, and while loading in wasn't able to receive a weapon when I opened the equipment cache.

I did not recieve starting gun & nav tool.

With no visible reason, when player missed choosing weapon at the start of the mission, he will get no random weapon and instrument. He can gain some only by benches and crates.
