Steps to Reproduce

Join a game after weapon selection, but before gernade selection.
See that you get no late join guns.

Explanation

I joined after the very first weapon selection (The one you get when you initally pick your guns and navigation tools). And After I joined, I didn't get any weapons as late join did. But another late joiner, joined around after we opened the gernade create, he did get late join weapons.
So, a bit of oversight on late join weapon giving.
