Steps to Reproduce

  1. Get a Dwarf with a legendary promotion
  2. Be on an upgrade screen
  3. Post a message in chat
  4. Notice that both the message and what you type is obscured by the legendary border
  5. Observe that this issue may occur regardless of chat font size and UI scale settings

Explanation

Legendary ascension border blocks the first message in chat
