Steps to Reproduce

  1. I was playing Slicer
  2. my friend was playing Retcon
  3. Maybe the fact that they were Retcon had something to do with it?

Explanation

Frontline Medic Artifact had no effect when an ally went down. I received none of the described benefits when an ally was downed.
