Vigor Charger Bug: Rewind Duration Resets After Resupply

Steps to Reproduce

1. pick retcon
2. select vigor recharger
3. go down
4. trigger rewind
5. this should cause the bug
6. if it doesn't - resupply or take red sugar

Explanation

Vigor charger stops functioning after i'm downed. Issue persists between levels. The issue sometimes fixes itself but will come back when armor or health values are updated.

In the first minute (1:05) of the clip I attached you can see that rewind defaults to 75 seconds after I use the ability. Then it switches to 20 seconds as vigot charger takes effect. And then it switches back to 60 seconds after I resupply.
