Shield Battery Perk Regenerates Incorrectly Despite Max Shield Increase

Steps to Reproduce

1. Acquired the Shield battery perk first
2. Acquired some perks that would up my maximum shield
3. Noticed that shield doesn't regenerate all the way up to the new threshold

Explanation

I got the shield battery perk(Not sure what it is called in english, But the Legendary one that should recover your shield to 33% when below).
And during the mission, I took some perks that up my maximum shield, so in the end I have 90 shield max.
33 % of that should be 30. But my shield only ever regenerates to 18 for some reason.
