Regression of:	#4866 Reconnection Results in Loss of Gear and Progression Reset This issue was created as a new bug instead of being marked as a duplicate because the original issue was already Resolved.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Friends game crashed on the loading screen.
2. When the friend rejoined, he didn't have his stuff.
3. I have kicked a player on multiple occasions.
4. Each time it resulted in a ban rather than a kick.

Explanation

Two bugs:

1) Sometimes my friends game will crash on the loading screen and when he rejoins he has lost all of his stuff.

2) The "Kick" button bans the player I try to kick from the game.
