Explanation

[BUG] - The spile pump's pipes will bug-out and will not extend when interacted - even multiple interaction resets. The UI on the tool will show full green, but the pipes will not extend, neither visually nor in-game. Destroying the previous pipe head will also not reset the bug. It only worked if someone else took over.
