Steps to Reproduce
- Equip bio-energy.
- Kill s*** with the devastator blaster pistol's AOE, get explosion radius to make it more consistent
- Notice how bio-energy isn't always procing on enemy death!
Explanation
The Bio-Energy legendary perk (the one that gives ammo back on killing an enemy) doesn't give ammo back if an enemy dies to the devastator blaster pistol's AOE damage instead of its direct damage!
