Steps to Reproduce

  1. loaded into the mission
  2. picked equipment
  3. found the event with 0% completion
  4. opened door

Explanation

Fund the event where you have to carry barrels onto a pressure plate to add weight to it, for it to open the door...
... but the door was already opened and the safe inside openable
