Steps to Reproduce
- Acquire Lead storm with -75% spread mod
- Acquire Combat cocktail
- Use combat cocktail
- Spread becomes wide for the duration of the buff.
Explanation
Spread reduction bonuses on the Lead Storm minigun seem to be able to go over -100%, if you use the combat cocktails. Spread becomes very wide with no reduction from spin up or continuous fire.
