- Selecting upgrades
- Doing so in quick succession
- After a teammate
Explanation
grabbing upgrades my teammate clicked instantly after i selected my upgrade, this interrupted the replacement upgrade that should have replaced my pick, causing our third teammate to only have 2 options to pick from
